Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can SmartRooms Oman supply the Biamp Devio UCX 2000 bundle?

Yes. As an authorised reseller, SmartRooms Oman supplies the Devio UCX 2000 and Apprimo Touch 10 UCX-T. We provide itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT shown, covering delivery and installation across all 11 governorates.

Does this system support BYOM?

Yes. The Devio UCX 2000 hub includes built-in USB-C connectivity, allowing users to connect laptops directly for Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) and content sharing without additional adapters.

Is this suitable for large meeting rooms?

Yes. The bundle is designed for medium and large rooms. It scales by supporting additional microphones and amplifiers, ensuring adequate audio coverage for larger spaces in Muscat or Salalah.

How is tender support provided?

We provide tender support including datasheets and compliance statements required for government and private sector procurement processes in Oman.

Can I get a quotation in Arabic?

Yes. SmartRooms Oman offers quotations in Arabic, English, or both, to accommodate the documentation requirements of local Omani clients and ministries.
