Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can I buy the Biamp MRB-L-X400-C-CIC6LP-TAA in Oman?

Yes. SmartRooms Oman is an authorised reseller of Biamp products. We supply this certified video conferencing bundle to clients across Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, and the entire Sultanate. Contact our team to request a detailed itemised quotation in Omani Rial.

Does this bundle support Microsoft Teams and Zoom?

Yes. The MRB-L-X400-C-CIC6LP-TAA is officially certified for Microsoft Teams and Zoom. It is also Cisco Verified, ensuring compatibility with major unified communications platforms. This certification guarantees optimal performance and interoperability for your meeting room.

Is the Biamp MRB-L-X400-C TAA compliant?

Yes. The system is compliant with the US Trade Agreement Act (TAA). This certification is essential for government tenders and specific procurement requirements. SmartRooms Oman provides the necessary datasheets and compliance statements to support your tender submissions.

What hardware is included in the MRB-L-X400-C bundle?

The bundle includes a TesiraFORTÉ X 400 processor, a Parlé TCM-XA ceiling microphone with amplifier, a TCM-XEX extension microphone, and four Desono CIC6LP-TAA low-profile ceiling loudspeakers. All components are finished in white for a discreet aesthetic.
