Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is this bundle available for purchase in Oman?

Yes. SmartRooms Oman is an authorised reseller of Biamp products. We supply the MRB-L-X400-T-EXS8 bundle with itemised quotations in Omani Rial, covering hardware, delivery, and installation labour for all governorates.

Does the system support major video platforms?

Yes. The MRB-L-X400-T-EXS8 holds Cisco Verified, Microsoft Teams Certified, and Zoom Certified status. This ensures native integration and optimal performance with these standard conferencing solutions.

Can you assist with government tender documentation?

Yes. We provide tender support including datasheets and compliance statements. Our team can prepare quotations in Arabic, English, or both to meet the specific requirements of Omani government and private sector tenders.

What is the warranty period for this bundle?

The Biamp MRB-L-X400-T-EXS8 is backed by a comprehensive 5-year warranty. This covers the processor, microphones, speakers, and cabling included in the box.

How is delivery handled across Oman?

Delivery and installation are handled by our partner teams. One quotation covers hardware, delivery, and labour. We serve all 11 governorates, ensuring coverage from Musandam to Dhofar.
