Description

Designed for medium-sized meeting rooms, this bundle simplifies deployment through Biamp Launch, enabling automated tuning and zero programming. The system integrates a Parlé TCM-XA ceiling microphone with built-in amplifier and Desono C-IC6LP low-profile loudspeakers. This configuration ensures even coverage and speech intelligibility for all participants, regardless of their position in the room.

The system supports major unified communications platforms with Cisco Verified, Microsoft Teams Certified, and Zoom Certified status. AI-driven noise reduction filters out HVAC hum and keyboard sounds, while custom acoustic echo cancellation maintains clear far-end communication. Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can I buy the Biamp MRB-M-X400-T-CIC6LP in Oman?

Yes, SmartRooms Oman is an authorised reseller of Biamp products. We supply this meeting room bundle to clients across all 11 governorates, from Musandam to Dhofar. Our team handles delivery and installation coordination for the hardware.

Does this bundle support Microsoft Teams and Zoom?

Yes. The MRB-M-X400-T-CIC6LP holds Microsoft Teams Certified, Zoom Certified, and Cisco Verified status. This ensures compatibility with these unified communications platforms for reliable audio performance in hybrid work environments.

How is the audio tuned during installation?

The system uses Biamp Launch for automated tuning. This process allows for zero programming and delivers fully optimized audio performance quickly. It ensures the Desono C-IC6LP loudspeakers and Parlé TCM-XA microphone work together effectively.

Is tender documentation available for government bids?

Yes, SmartRooms Oman provides tender support including datasheets and compliance statements for government tenders. We can prepare quotations in Arabic, English, or both, with VAT clearly shown in Omani Rial.

What is the warranty period for this bundle?

The Biamp MRB-M-X400-T-CIC6LP bundle is backed by a 5-year warranty. This coverage supports long-term reliability for the included TesiraFORTÉ X 400 processor, microphone, and loudspeakers.
