Description

This system combines the Parlé VBC 2500a all-in-one conferencing bar with the Apprimo Touch 8i IP control panel to simplify deployment. The design supports Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) workflows, allowing users to connect personal devices via a single USB connection. Beamtracking microphone technology dynamically captures voices throughout the room, ensuring clear pickup for hands-free collaboration in standardized meeting environments.

It features native compatibility with Zoom Rooms, ensuring reliable integration into certified collaboration spaces. While this specific model is discontinued and replaced by the MRB-VBC 2500a-TSC2DIP-Z, SmartRooms Oman can confirm availability or recommend the current successor for schools, universities, and ministries across Muscat, Salalah, and Sohar.

Ideal for: Small to medium collaboration spaces in Omani offices, government ministries, and educational institutions requiring a standardized, plug-and-play video conferencing solution.

Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is the Biamp MRB-VBC 2500a-TSC2IP-Z still available for purchase?

This model is discontinued. Our team can confirm current stock levels or recommend the successful MRB-VBC 2500a-TSC2DIP-Z successor. Contact us for availability across Muscat, Nizwa, and Dhofar.

Can you provide a quotation for this product in Omani Rial?

Yes. SmartRooms Oman provides itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT shown. We deliver quotations within one business day, covering hardware, delivery, and labour for all 11 governorates.

Does this system support Zoom Rooms?

Can you assist with tender documentation for government projects?

Yes. We provide tender support including datasheets and compliance statements for government tenders. Quotations are available in Arabic, English, or both for Omani public sector requirements.

What mounting options are available for the control panel?

The system supports table, wall, and display mount options for both the conferencing bar and the Apprimo Touch 8i IP control panel to suit various room layouts.
