Description

Designed for professional meeting rooms in Oman, this compact unit integrates advanced audio capture with intelligent processing. The 27-element digital array tracks voices naturally across pickup ranges exceeding 7 meters, ensuring clear communication for participants seated at tables or along walls. It eliminates the need for separate microphone hardware.

The system is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Barco environments, simplifying integration into existing Omani corporate or government infrastructure. Biamp Launch tuning allows for one-touch automated room calibration, while deep-learning noise reduction filters out HVAC and typing sounds. It operates on USB-C power or 12V DC input.

Ideal for: Meeting rooms in Omani ministries, universities, and corporate offices requiring certified Teams Rooms or Barco audio solutions.

  • Beamtracking Array – A 27-element digital microphone array actively tracks and mixes voices across a 180° x 180° nominal beamwidth.
  • Platform Certification – Verified for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Barco systems, ensuring reliable UC integration for Omani businesses.
  • Intelligent Audio Processing – AI-driven noise reduction removes disruptive background sounds to maintain speech clarity in busy meeting spaces.
  • Versatile Mounting Options – Supports table, wall, or display mounting to adapt to various room layouts in Muscat, Nizwa, or Dhofar.
  • Assistive Listening Feed – Includes a 3.5 mm mono assistive listening output port to support accessibility requirements in public or corporate venues.

Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can I buy the Biamp Parlé ABC 2500 in Oman?

Does this support Microsoft Teams Rooms?
