Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.

Yes. As an authorised reseller, SmartRooms Oman supplies the Biamp UCC-Lenovo TSC2D-IP-MTR across all 11 governorates. We provide itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT shown, covering hardware, delivery, and installation labour.

What is the processor specification?

The system uses an 11th Gen Intel Core vPro i5 processor with an integrated NPU. This configuration ensures smooth performance for demanding UC applications and reliable operation within certified Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.

Does it support Microsoft Teams Rooms?

Yes. The device is Microsoft Teams Rooms certified and comes pre-loaded with the platform. It also includes Zoom Rooms, allowing flexible meeting workflows and support for alternative meeting platforms in hybrid environments.

How is the device powered and connected?

It uses PoE (Power over Ethernet) over a single CAT5e cable. This single cable delivers both network connectivity and electrical power, simplifying installation and reducing the need for additional power outlets near the installation point.

Can you assist with tender documentation for Omani government bids?

Yes. SmartRooms Oman provides tender support including datasheets and compliance statements for government tenders. We can issue quotations in Arabic, English, or both, ensuring all administrative requirements for public sector procurement are met.
