Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is the Sennheiser TeamConnect Wireless Tray Set available in Oman?

This model is discontinued. SmartRooms Oman can confirm current availability or recommend the current successor model. Contact our team for the latest options suited to your meeting room in Muscat or Salalah.

How many satellites are included in the Tray Set?

The set includes four portable satellites. They provide wireless audio coverage for up to 24 participants in a dedicated meeting room. The stationary tray charges and stores all four units.

Does this system support BYOD connections?

Yes. It connects to any laptop, smartphone, or tablet via Bluetooth, USB, or a 3.5 mm jack. This flexibility supports various unified communications platforms used in Omani corporate offices.

Can SmartRooms Oman provide tender support for this product?

Yes. We provide datasheets and compliance statements for government tenders. Quotations are issued in Arabic, English, or both, covering hardware, delivery, and installation across all 11 governorates.

What is the battery life for the satellites?

Each satellite offers up to 8 hours of battery life with the BA 100 battery. The full charging time is up to 10 hours. Operating humidity ranges from 20% to 80% RH.
