Description
The Yealink RoomCast E2 is a wireless presentation system that drives the room display through its HDMI output at 4K/60fps and lets participants cast their screens through a Yealink Pod, YeaCast, Miracast or AirPlay. Up to 4 sources can be shown on screen at once, or the room can switch to preemptive casting; Windows users can also extend their desktop via Miracast or a Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod.
It runs Android 14 with built-in Wi-Fi 6 (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, 2×2 MIMO) that supports STA, AP and P2P modes simultaneously, plus Bluetooth 5.0 and ultrasonic communication. Powered over the Gigabit Ethernet port (PoE, IEEE 802.3af) or by a 12 V adapter, the unit can sit behind the display or on a desk with a single network cable. Cast streams stay isolated in the local network, protected by WPA/WPA2-PSK and WPA3 Wi-Fi encryption, AES 256-bit encryption and a PIN code. IT manages it through Yealink Management Cloud Service, which also pushes digital signage, or Yealink Device Management Platform.
Ideal for: small and medium-sized meeting rooms and multimedia classrooms in Oman where several people need to share laptops or phones on one screen without cables.
