Description
The Yealink CM20 is a round beamforming ceiling microphone with 16 omnidirectional microphones and 8 independent pickup zones. It delivers 30 m² of premium full-duplex capture (STIPA 0.78 at a 3.2 m pickup radius) and up to 60 m² of effective coverage (STIPA 0.72 at 4.5 m), measured at a 2.8 m mounting height in a room with an RT60 of 408 ms and 40 dBA background noise.
An integrated DSP makes the CM20 plug-and-play with Yealink MVC systems, so no external audio processor is needed. AI dynamic noise reduction, AI reverberation suppression and echo cancellation clean up speech, and 8 beam outputs give room cameras a reference for speaker tracking. It supports AES67 and runs from one PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 3) cable carrying power and audio, drawing 5.7 W typical. A removable magnetic mesh cover is supplied in white and black.
Ideal for: medium, large and divisible meeting rooms in Oman built around Yealink MVC S98, S90, S80 or S50 systems. The CM20 is Certified for Microsoft Teams and plenum rated to UL 2043.
