Description

This bundle integrates white Parlé TCM-XA and TCM-XEX ceiling microphones with four Desono C-IC6 white ceiling loudspeakers to cover large conference spaces. The system relies on the AMP-450BP PoE+ amplifier and includes plenum CAT5e cabling for structured installation. It delivers voice-tuned audio reproduction optimized for conference room environments.

Pre-loaded with Zoom Rooms, the system requires zero programming and utilizes Biamp Launch for automated tuning. Custom acoustic echo cancellation and noise reduction features ensure clear communication among multiple remote participants. The microphone mute buttons and LEDs sync directly with the UC software interface.

Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is the Biamp MRB-L-X400-C-TSC2IP-Z still in production?

No, this model is discontinued. SmartRooms Oman can confirm current availability or recommend the latest successor models that meet your Zoom Rooms requirements.

Does the bundle include the compute device?

Yes, the package includes the UCC-Lenovo-TSC2-IP UC Compute for Zoom Rooms, the TesiraFORTÉ X 400 DSP, and the AMP-450BP PoE+ amplifier.

Can you provide this system for government tenders in Oman?

Yes. We supply datasheets and compliance statements to support tender submissions for government entities across all governorates, from Musandam to Dhofar.

What warranty covers this Biamp bundle?

The product comes with a 5-year warranty. Please contact our sales team for the specific terms applicable to your quotation in Oman.
