Description
This integrated system delivers zero-programming setup through Biamp Launch, ensuring rapid deployment for Omani organisations. The 10.1-inch touchscreen with 1280 × 800 resolution provides intuitive control, while the 11th Gen Intel Core vPro i5 processor runs Windows 11 IoT Enterprise GAC 64. IR presence sensors manage power states automatically, and HDMI-in connectivity supports direct screen sharing from laptops.
Audio clarity is maintained through voice-tuned speakers, custom Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), and AI-driven noise reduction to filter ambient sounds like air conditioning. The unit features integrated cable management and VESA mounting options for clean installation. It is powered via RJ-45 Ethernet from the Link Box, simplifying infrastructure in offices across Muscat, Sohar, and Salalah.
As an authorised reseller, SmartRooms Oman handles the full procurement process for this Biamp bundle. We provide itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT clearly shown, covering hardware, delivery, and labour. Questions about ordering
How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is this product available for purchase in Oman?
This specific model is discontinued. However, SmartRooms Oman can confirm current availability or recommend the latest Biamp successor model that meets your technical requirements for large meeting rooms.
Can SmartRooms Oman support tender documentation for this item?
Yes. We provide comprehensive tender support including datasheets and compliance statements. Our quotations are available in Arabic, English, or both, covering all 11 governorates from Musandam to Dhofar.
What is the maximum room size for this bundle?
The manufacturer specifies this bundle is designed for large rooms accommodating up to 18 participants, optimised for voice-tuned speaker performance and AI noise reduction.
Does the system require separate power cabling?
No. The system is powered via an RJ-45 Ethernet cable connected to the Link Box, which simplifies installation and reduces clutter in conference rooms.
How is pricing handled for this AV solution?
Pricing is provided by quotation only. SmartRooms Oman delivers itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT shown within one business day, covering hardware, delivery, and labour costs.
