Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is the Biamp MRB-M-VT4-T still available for purchase in Oman?

This specific model is discontinued. SmartRooms Oman can confirm current availability or recommend the latest Biamp successor models. We supply authorised AV hardware to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, and other governorates in the Sultanate of Oman.

Does the bundle include all necessary cabling?

Yes. The box contains Cat 5e plenum cables: three 7.5 m lengths, three 3 m lengths, and one 0.9 m length. This allows for flexible installation in meeting rooms across Oman without requiring additional cable purchases.

Can you provide a formal quotation for tender support?

Yes. We provide itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT shown within 1 business day. Our tender support includes datasheets and compliance statements for government and private sector procurement requirements in Oman.

Is this system compatible with Cisco environments?

Yes. The Biamp MRB-M-VT4-T is Cisco Verified and also certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms. It integrates the TesiraFORTE AVB VT4 processor to ensure interoperability with major UC platforms in Omani offices.

What is the warranty period for this bundle?

The Biamp MRB-M-VT4-T bundle comes with a 5-year warranty. As an authorised reseller, SmartRooms Oman facilitates warranty claims and technical support for AV equipment supplied to clients throughout the Sultanate of Oman.
