Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
What components are included in the Biamp MRB-M-X400-C-CIC6LP-TAA bundle?

The package contains a TesiraFORTÉ X 400 processor, one Parlé TCM-XA white ceiling microphone with amplifier, and a pair of Desono CIC6LP-TAA white low-profile ceiling loudspeaters.

Can SmartRooms Oman provide a quotation for delivery to Nizwa or Dhofar?

Yes. We cover all eleven governorates from Musandam to Dhofar. You can request an itemised quotation in Omani Rial with VAT shown, covering hardware, delivery, and installation labour.

Is this system suitable for government tenders in Oman?

Yes. The system is TAA compliant. Our tender support team can provide datasheets and compliance statements for government procurement requirements upon request.

Does the microphone mute sync with video conferencing software?

Yes. The Parlé TCM-XA microphone mute buttons and LEDs sync with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco UC software for consistent user feedback.

Does the Biamp MRB-M-X400-C require complex programming?

No. Biamp Launch enables zero programming setup with automated tuning and noise reduction, simplifying deployment in standard conference environments.
