Description

This bundle addresses the acoustic needs of medium-sized conference spaces through a unified system design. Installation is streamlined by components designed for standard 24-inch by 24-inch ceiling tiles. The package includes the EasyConnect POE-90W power injector and plenum-rated CAT5e cabling, reducing on-site wiring complexity. Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can I buy this Biamp bundle in Oman?

Yes, SmartRooms Oman is an authorised reseller of Biamp products. We supply the MRB-M-X800-BMA360D-CIC6 bundle to clients across Muscat, Sohar, Salalah, and all 11 governorates. Our team provides itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT shown, covering hardware, delivery, and installation labour.

Does the package include all necessary cabling?

Yes, the bundle includes a complete plenum-rated CAT5e cable kit. This ensures the installation meets building standards for ceiling spaces. The EasyConnect POE-90W power injector is also included, simplifying the power delivery setup for the microphone array and speakers.

Is this product suitable for government tenders?

Yes, we support government tender submissions with technical datasheets and compliance statements. Our team can provide quotations in Arabic, English, or both, ensuring all documentation meets the specific requirements of Omani Ministry or institutional procurement processes.

What is the maximum coverage for the microphone?

The BMA 360D microphone array supports up to 12 configurable beams. This allows the system to tailor audio coverage to the specific geometry of the meeting room. The ultra-wideband beamforming captures voice clearly regardless of where participants are seated.

Does the system require specific ceiling tile sizes?

The microphone array is designed to fit standard 24-inch by 24-inch ceiling tiles. This ensures a clean installation that aligns with existing office or educational infrastructure layouts. The Desono C-IC6 speakers also mount directly to these standard ceiling grids.
