Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is the Biamp MRB-S-SCR10 still available for purchase?

This model is discontinued. However, our team in Muscat can confirm current stock availability or recommend the latest successor models that offer updated features. Contact us via our website for assistance with replacements.

Do you provide quotations for this product in Oman?

Yes, we provide itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT clearly shown. We serve all 11 governorates, from Musandam to Dhofar, covering delivery and installation labour in a single quote.

Can you support tender documentation for this equipment?

Yes, we assist with government and private tenders by providing datasheets and compliance statements. Our team can supply quotations in Arabic, English, or both, tailored to your specific procurement requirements.

What is the maximum number of participants supported?

The Biamp MRB-S-SCR10 bundle is designed for up to six participants. It is intended for huddle spaces and small rooms where concise, focused video conferencing is required.

Does the warranty cover the entire bundle?

Yes, the bundle includes a five-year warranty. This coverage applies to the integrated components, including the Devio SCR-10 hub and Vidi 250 camera, ensuring protection for your investment.
