Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can SmartRooms Oman supply the IdeaPresence 138 to clients in Salalah or Nizwa?

Yes. SmartRooms Oman covers all 11 governorates, from Musandam to Dhofar. We provide itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT shown, and coordinate delivery and installation through partner teams to ensure the display is set up correctly in your location.

Does this display support 4K dual-stream for video conferencing?

Yes. The Huawei IdeaPresence 138 supports 4K dual-stream meetings. It works with the CloudLink Box to handle call bandwidth from 64 kbit/s to 8 Mbit/s, enabling high-quality video collaboration in large meeting rooms.

Is the IdeaPresence 138 suitable for government tender submissions?

Yes. As an authorised reseller, SmartRooms Oman can provide datasheets, compliance statements, and technical documentation to support your tender submissions. We assist Omani government ministries and agencies with the necessary paperwork for procurement.

What is included in the standard packaging?

The box contains the display, one power cable, and one HDMI cable. Cameras, microphones, touch controllers, IdeaShare Keys, and UHD codecs are optional and not included in the standard package. You can request these accessories during quotation.

How is pricing handled for this product in Oman?

Pricing is provided via quotation only. We prepare itemised quotations in Omani Rial, clearly showing VAT, and deliver them within one business day. The quotation can cover hardware, delivery, and labour costs for installation across Oman.
