Description

This all-in-one collaboration tool simplifies hybrid meetings by combining a 12 MP 4K UHD camera, microphone array, and 8 W speakerphone into a compact 462 mm unit. The 120° diagonal field of view ensures participants in standard meeting spaces in Muscat, Nizwa, or Dhofar are fully visible to remote attendees without complex installation.

Intelligent features include auto-tracking and voice localization, which automatically frame the active speaker as they move. Users can save up to three camera presets and control zoom via the included remote, ensuring consistent framing for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Skype connections without manual adjustment.

Connectivity is managed through a single USB Type-C or USB 2.0 cable, making the device plug-and-play compatible with most conferencing software. The unit includes an anti-peeping cover for privacy and supports wall mounting, weighing just 1 kg, making it suitable for diverse office environments across the Sultanate.

Ideal for: Meeting rooms in Omani schools, universities, and ministries requiring simple, high-quality video conferencing with automated framing.

Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.

Yes. The UC-CAM120ULB-1 is designed for plug-and-play operation with major platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Skype. It connects via USB Type-C or USB 2.0, requiring no additional drivers for basic functionality.

Does this conference bar include a remote control?
