These terms govern your use of the smartrooms.me website. By browsing the catalogue, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is a catalogue, not an offer to sell

SmartRooms Oman operates on a quote-only basis. The website publishes no prices, and provides no cart, checkout or online ordering. A product listing is a description of equipment we can source; it is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it is not a representation that the item is in stock. A binding supply arrangement comes into existence only when we issue a formal written quotation and the buyer accepts it by purchase order or written confirmation. It is that quotation, and not this website, that sets the specification, availability, warranty, delivery and commercial terms of an order.

Product information and manufacturer specifications

Specifications, images, part numbers and descriptions are compiled from documentation published by the manufacturers. Manufacturers revise specifications, change model designations, substitute components and withdraw products without notice, and a datasheet that was accurate when a page was written may since have been superseded. We take care to keep the catalogue accurate, but we do not warrant that any listing is complete, current or free of error, and we may correct errors at any time. Before relying on a specification for a tender, a technical submittal or a compatibility decision, confirm it against the current documentation of the manufacturer and against the quotation we issue.

Trademarks and intellectual property

Manufacturer names, brand names, logos, model designations and part numbers appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners, and are used solely to identify the equipment described. Their appearance here does not imply any endorsement, partnership or authorisation beyond what is stated in a quotation issued by us. The wording, arrangement and structure of the site content are ours. You may print or save pages for your own procurement purposes, but systematic copying, automated harvesting, republication or commercial reuse of the catalogue requires our prior written permission.

No warranty on website content

The website and its content are provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any file offered for download is free of defects. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content in place of a written quotation, or from any interruption to the site.

Acceptable use
