This page tracks where the SmartRooms Oman catalogue is deepest and what each part of it covers. It is a view of the catalogue as it stands — over 1,400 SKUs across seven audio-visual categories — rather than an announcements feed.

Interactive flat panels remain the centre of the range

With close to 800 catalogued models, interactive flat panels are by far the largest category on the site. The range runs from 7" touch monitors up to 110" interactive panels, with Android and Windows options, and covers boardroom, classroom and command-centre use. Brands catalogued here include Elo, iiyama, LG and Newline alongside MAXHUB, Samsung, ViewSonic, SMART, BenQ, Clevertouch and Promethean.

Structured specifications on every listing

The most useful recent work on the site is not a product at all — it is the specification data behind it. Listings carry the manufacturer part number, screen size, resolution, input and output ports and operating-system options, drawn from manufacturer documentation. That is what makes a page usable in a tender file: a specification can be compared across brands and copied into a compliance schedule without a phone call.

Video conferencing for hybrid meeting rooms

More than 170 video-conferencing products are catalogued, covering video bars, webcams, wireless presentation systems and unified-communications peripherals, including Teams-ready and Zoom-ready hardware from brands such as Logitech and Yealink. Quoting a panel together with a video bar sized for the room keeps the two compatible, and room size is the deciding factor.

Compute inside the panel

The OPS and PC compute category holds more than 100 modules. Slot-in OPS and OPS-C units let an organisation refresh the computer inside a panel or signage display without replacing the display itself — a practical answer for estates that expect the screen to outlive its processor.

Mounting is specified with the display, not after it

Nearly 250 mounts and stands are catalogued: VESA-compatible wall mounts, mobile carts for shared classrooms, and floor stands, load-rated for commercial panels in the 65" to 86" range. Getting the mount into the same quotation as the panel avoids the most common site-day problem — a bracket that will not carry the screen or fit the wall.

Signage, cabling and the supporting lines

The digital signage range covers commercial 4K displays rated for continuous duty in portrait or landscape and ready for content-management systems, for hotel lobbies, showrooms, public-information screens and retail. Alongside these sit HDMI, DisplayPort and USB-C cables and adapters in commercial lengths for the bill of materials, and accessories such as styluses, speaker bars and privacy filters that finish the room.
