Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can SmartRooms Oman supply the Biamp MRB-S-SCR25-CX?

Yes. We are an authorised reseller and can provide quotations for this discontinued model. Our team will confirm current availability or recommend the current successor if needed. We serve clients in Muscat, Sohar, and Salalah with delivery and installation support across all governorates.

Does the package include the Devio SCR-25 hub?

Yes. The MRB-S-SCR25-CX bundle explicitly includes one Devio SCR-25 conferencing hub. It is paired with the Vidi 250 camera and Parlé TCM-XEX ceiling microphone to form a complete room kit.

What is the warranty coverage for this Biamp kit?

This product includes a 5-year warranty. This coverage applies to the integrated components including the hub, camera, and microphone, ensuring protection for your investment in Omani educational or corporate facilities.

Do you support government tender documentation for this item?

Yes. We provide datasheets and compliance statements for government tenders. Our quotations are itemised in Omani Rial with VAT shown. We can prepare documentation in Arabic, English, or both for ministries and public sector clients.

What is the maximum participant capacity for this system?

The system is designed for up to six participants. It is intended for huddle spaces and small meeting rooms where this group size is sufficient for effective video conferencing and collaboration.
