Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is this product available in Oman?

Yes, SmartRooms Oman supplies this Biamp video conferencing system for businesses and government entities across the Sultanate. We cover all 11 governorates, from Musandam to Dhofar. Contact us for availability and pricing details.

Does it support screen sharing?

Yes. The unit includes an HDMI-in port that allows users to connect laptops or other devices for direct screen sharing during meetings.

Can you help with government tender documentation?

Yes. Our team provides datasheets and compliance statements for government tenders. We support tender documentation in Arabic, English, or both for Omani ministries and entities.

What is the warranty period?

The manufacturer provides a 3-year warranty for this product. SmartRooms Oman handles the supply and can coordinate installation with partner teams if needed.

How is pricing quoted?

Pricing is by quotation only. We provide itemised quotations in Omani Rial with VAT shown. Our team typically responds within one business day upon request.
