Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Is the Biamp MRB-VBC 2500a-TSC2IP-T available for purchase in Oman?

This model is discontinued. SmartRooms Oman can check remaining stock or recommend the current successor. Contact the team for an itemised quotation in Omani Rial covering hardware and potential delivery.

Can SmartRooms Oman support government tender requirements?

Yes. The team provides datasheets, compliance statements, and technical documentation required for government tenders. Quotations are prepared in Arabic, English, or both to meet official submission standards.

What is the successor to this Biamp room kit?

The Biamp MRB-VBC 2500a-TSC2DIP-T replaces the MRB-VBC 2500a-TSC2IP-T. It offers similar pre-engineered functionality with updated components. SmartRooms Oman can supply this newer model upon request.

Does the system support BYOM workflows?

Yes. The single USB connection allows users to join meetings on major UC platforms from their own devices. This supports flexible bring-your-own-meeting workflows in standardized environments.

How is delivery handled in Oman?

SmartRooms Oman covers all 11 governorates, from Musandam to Dhofar. One quotation typically includes hardware, delivery, and installation labour handled by partner teams, ensuring coordinated service.
