Questions about ordering

How do I get a price?
Ask for a written quotation. Use Request pricing on any product page, WhatsApp +968 9664 1360 or email sales@smartrooms.me with the model or part number, the quantity, the delivery location in Oman and whether installation is needed. The quotation covers pricing, availability, warranty and installation options.
Do you deliver across Oman, and how long does it take?
Yes — to Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the other governorates. Lead time depends on the model, quantity and configuration, so it is confirmed in writing on the quotation and again when your purchase order is acknowledged.
Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
Do you support government tenders?
Yes. We quote tender quantities and supply what a tender file needs: an itemised quotation addressed to your entity, manufacturer datasheets, technical compliance sheets, the delivery and installation scope, and a warranty statement.
Can I get the quotation in Arabic?
Yes — in Arabic, English or both. Manufacturer datasheets are usually published in English.
Can I buy the Biamp MRB-S-SCR25-TX in Muscat?

Yes, SmartRooms Oman can confirm availability or recommend the current successor model for this discontinued unit. We supply AV systems to clients in Muscat, Salalah, and other governorates. Contact our team for stock status and alternative options.

Does this system support Microsoft Teams Rooms?

Yes, the Biamp MRB-S-SCR25-TX is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms. It also offers Cisco Verified compatibility. The system includes a Devio SCR-25TX hub and Parlé TTM-XEX microphone for integrated performance.

How many participants does this kit support?

The manufacturer specifies this bundle is designed for huddle spaces with up to 6 participants. It includes a 4K camera and tabletop microphone array suitable for small room acoustic environments.

Is tender support available for government bids?

Yes, SmartRooms Oman provides datasheets and compliance statements for government tenders. We offer quotations in Arabic, English, or both. Our team supports procurement processes for ministries and educational institutions across the Sultanate.

What is included in the delivery and installation?

One quotation covers hardware, delivery, and labour. Our partner teams handle installation across all 11 governorates, from Musandam to Dhofar. We ensure proper setup of the camera, hub, and microphone components.
