Yealink RoomPanel Plus E2 10.1" Scheduling Panel

The Yealink RoomPanel Plus E2 is a meeting room scheduling panel with a 10.1" multi-point capacitive touch screen at 1280 × 800, running Android 13 with MDEP. Full RGB LED bars along both sides show room status at a glance, and users can view meeting details and reserve the room from the screen.

Connectivity covers Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, an RFID/NFC reader at 13.56 MHz and a Fast Ethernet port (10/100 Mbps) with wired IEEE 802.1X authentication. An ambient light sensor sets screen brightness and a TOF proximity sensor wakes the screen. Over Bluetooth the panel connects to RoomSensor, and occupancy actions such as automatic release and check-in depend on the third-party app. Power comes from PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or DC 12 V / 1.25 A, and the panel is managed remotely through Yealink Management Cloud Server.

Ideal for: meeting rooms and shared spaces in offices, universities and ministries across Oman that book rooms through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Gingco, Gobright, Flowscape, Space Connect or Appspace, mounted on a wall, on glass or on a side surface at 0° or 20°.
