Yealink RoomPanel E2 8" Meeting Room Scheduling Panel

The Yealink RoomPanel E2 is an 8" meeting room scheduling panel with a 16:10 multi-point capacitive touch screen at 1280 × 800 and 320 nits, running Android 13. Full RGB LED bars on both sides signal whether the room is free, and the screen lets users check meeting details and book the room on the spot.

The panel carries Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, an RFID/NFC reader at 13.56 MHz, a USB-C port and a Fast Ethernet port (10/100 Mbps) with wired IEEE 802.1X support. Bluetooth connects it directly to room sensors without an extra gateway, and occupancy actions such as automatic release and check-in follow the third-party app. Ambient light and proximity sensors set brightness and wake the screen, and an anti-fingerprint coating keeps the glass clean. It runs on PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or a 12 V power adapter and is managed through Yealink Management Cloud Server.

Ideal for: huddle and meeting rooms in Oman whose bookings run on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RingCentral, Gingco, Gobright, Flowscape, Space Connect or Appspace, fitted to a 2-gang US electrical box, flush on a wall or glass, or at a 20° tilt.
