Description
The Yealink RoomSensor Pro is a ceiling-mounted room sensor that uses Yealink's AI algorithm to count people, while also measuring temperature, humidity and illuminance. Installed at up to 3 m (2.7 m - 3 m recommended), it covers a 4 m radius circular area, about 50 m² per sensor, with a detection distance of ≤5 m.
The sensor reports to Yealink gateway devices over Bluetooth 5.2, supporting automatic reservation, automatic release and coordination with IoT devices. Up to 8 custom detection zones can be drawn inside its range, and pairing with up to 4 RoomSensors extends coverage in larger rooms. It is powered by PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or DC 5 V / 1.2 A, fixes with 3M adhesive or drilling, and has a detachable base and body. Devices are managed through YMCS.

Do you install?
Yes. Installation is available across Oman through our partner installation teams. Its scope — mounting, cabling, positioning, commissioning and handover — is written into the quotation, so anything outside it is clear before the visit.
What warranty applies?
The manufacturer's warranty applies, with the terms confirmed on your quotation. The quotation states the warranty holder, period and service level, and we coordinate any claim with the manufacturer or its authorised service partner on your behalf.
