Buying Video Conferencing in Oman

How the room will be used

The dividing question in Oman is how the room will actually be used. A government or corporate boardroom that always runs the same platform is usually best served by a dedicated room system with its own controller. A university seminar room or a hotel meeting suite, where every visitor arrives with their own laptop, needs a bring-your-own-device arrangement instead, with a USB video bar or a wireless presentation receiver that serves whatever software the guest is running. Are the devices Microsoft Teams or Zoom certified?
